Cynthia’s background is in business-technology integration consulting. She brings over 20 years experience in financial services infrastructure and project management and is currently a Business Engineering Sr. Project Manager in the financial services industry. Cynthia is a certified project management professional and holds a master’s degree in project management and a bachelor’s degree in finance. Cynthia has managed some of the financial industry’s largest data conversion projects and has led both large scale product launches as well as call center projects across the globe. Cynthia also has proven expertise in providing financially optimized information & knowledge based enterprise solutions, with emphasis on Six Sigma and total quality management.
Cynthia teaches courses in project management and uses her expertise in multiple charitable endeavors. She is on the board of Business and Professional Women in Orlando and on the board of the Education Foundation of the Florida Business and Professional Women. Cynthia is a practicing toastmaster and serves as an officer of her local club, additionally Cynthia is an avid figure skater and has been involved in the sport both as judge and coach, as well as competitor.
